We primarily use Behr and Sherwin Williams paints/products. We also use PPG and Glidden products. For stains we may use Cabot, ProLuxe (formerly Sikkens), or Minwax.
Interior painted surfaces should be washed with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. The sheen may become dull if too much friction occurs. Some lines of paint lend themselves better to scrubbing.
We use a coat of primer when coating raw wood/mud/concrete. We may do 2 or 3 coats of primer if it absorbs heavily. We sand between coats. The final coat takes 2 coats to finish.
We do both. Sometimes we do them both at the same time. When a worksite will not allow us to spray and create overspray dust, we brush and roll all surfaces.
As needed, we fill holes and sand smooth. We caulk cracks and allow to dry. We also repair drywall cracks and holes. When needed, we re-texture walls to match existing styles- smooth/orange-peel/knock-down/skip-trowel.
We can if you insist. It is better to dampen popcorn ceilings with water and scrape-off. The remaining ceiling surface can be re-textured and/or re-primed and finish coated.
Yes! Pre-existing aluminum/tin/wood/vinyl/plastic soffit can be re-painted. We usually mask the siding adjacent to the soffit at least 24" or more if it is windy.
Currently we only accept checks.
If the total amount is over $5000.00 , we ask for a 25% deposit to help pay for the paint and supplies.
