We provide quality exterior coatings whether it is latex acrylic paint on a house or waterbase stains/oil-based stains on log homes/cabins. We use coatings from various distributors and can apply the most appropriate product for your property. We can also use a coating you have already purchased. Preparation may include scraping/spot-priming/caulking and minor repairs. Pressure washing can be done on areas with excessive dirt build-up. We also apply coatings to decks and fences!
Depending on the situation, we can mask and spray the new paint or hand-brush and roll based on the amount of furniture and flow of daily traffic through a kitchen/living-room or bedroom. Interior re-paints typically include covering all hard floors and carpets with paper and/or canvas drop-cloths. All furniture is either moved to another area or covered with plastic. A primer may be necessary, plus we always apply 2 full coats of the finish coat.
New Construction is often quoted by the square foot plus custom add-ons. Exterior raw surfaces such as concrete fiberboard require a full primer coat. New Interiors involve a significant amount of preparation using spackle and caulk and primer on new trim-work and closets. All hard surfaces need to be covered precisely. Doors are prepped and painted on-site. We also do custom stain and lacquer for raw wood trim and door projects.
